lot of small details can impact the price of the domain, for example the domain extension: .com.au, .co.nz, .online, .com, .store, .tech, .org, .site, net.au, .design, .link

There are a number of places where you can purchase a Domain name in Australia, including Crazy Domains, Go Daddy and even WIX.  I prefer to use Crazy Domains, as they provide excellent support when things go wrong.

If you have a domain name in mind, you can go to www.crazydomains.com.au and do it yourself, or I can assist you with this for a small fee. Once you have your domain name and purchased your web hosting plan, you can then connect it to your website - alternatively, I can organise this for you for a small fee - please ask for more information about this service.

Web Hosting

Paid annually to WIX

Web hosting is an online business you pay 'rent' to house your website. Some of the more well known names in Australia include WIX.com, SitesGround and Go Daddy. Each of these have pro's and con's, and you're welcome to do your research, but for a small website, WIX is great.

You should note that the platform you build your website on, may impact who you can host your website. i.e. You can not host a WIX website on Go Daddy, and you can not host a WordPress site on WIX.

Once your website is completed, you can organise connect your domain name and organise web hosting through WIX yourself, or I can assist you with this for a small fee

Once your website has been completed, you can purchase your web hosting plan, and connect it to your domain name. You are welcome to do this yourself, or I can organise this for you for a small fee - please ask for more information about this service.

Once you have connected your domain to your website, you will be able to purchase a mailbox through WIX. It will step you through the process, and once that is all done, you will have access to

• 30GB of inbox and Google Drive storage

• Mobile friendly access for emailing on the go.
